Onsite Installation for TV and PC

Depot Repair Services
Service USA offers three service levels for the Depot and Repair Program:
Repair-and-Return—When time is not the critical consideration and the original unit is needed, Service USA’s repair-and-return service is the most cost-effective solution. Simply ship the inoperable unit to our depot repair center where skilled technicians repair the equipment to the OEM specificiations, then return the unit promptly.
Equipment Exchange—This popular program gives customers quick and easy access to a preconfigured, plug-and-play supply of equipment. Like-for-like replacements are guaranteed by the next business day.
Loaner Program—Combining elements of both the Equipment Exchange and Repair-and-Return options, this program is ideal for customers who must maximize uptime, yet who also require the same serial-numbered unit to be returned.
Service USA Help Desk Plus
At the heart of Service USA’s Help Desk Plan is our state-of-the-art Call Center, a 24-hour toll-free telephone Help Desk staffed by highly trained Call Center Specialists. We can provide your customers with the tools they need to fix their products…it’s our Guarantee.

Service USA is financially secure and provides an insured program for its dealers. The HVAC program managers have properly reserved service administration dollars to ensure that each program we write for your customer's service and support will be there when they need it the most. CD/DVD Disc Repair and Warranty
Service USA Inc., with its recent acquisition of DVD Blue Beam Repair Inc, now offers disc repair service for all types of optical media. With quick repair solutions, we can handle any size opportunity, big or small, we will work with you and your customers to make sure that you get great results from our repair services.
Extended Warranty Plans
Service USA offers service contracts with customer support under the approved label "ESP" which allows the company to maintain a product even after the manufacturer's warranty has expired.
This extended service program, which targets retailers, VARs, OEMs and corporations, lengthens the basic parts and labor warranty for consumer products to additional years beyond the original manufacturer’s warranty. Service USA's goal in each market is to exceed expectations to put great priority on solving problems, to provide value added products and unmatched customer service and to pay claims fairly and promptly.
To provide further assurance and confidence in our support commitments, the benefits under this service plan have been underwritten. The extended service programs are engineered with the needs of today's consumer in mind and are often private-labeled for clients.
OEM Warranty Plans
Service USA’s Underwriter has issued a reimbursement program to Service USA so that we can offer Warranty Services world-wide under a fully insured OEM Warranty Program for electronic equipment to its clients to help curve the national trend of increasing claim payouts and decreasing premium revenues. Services that Service USA Inc offers under the warranty umbrella include Loss Management, Customer Support Desk, Expense Recovery and Claims Administration.
